Found in India, Nepal, China and all over South East Asia at elevations from sea level to 1300 meters.
Flower: a single flowered inflorescence, scented, 3,5cm broad, pale yellow with red spots. As with all species in the genus flickingeria, the flowers do not last long, approximately 2-3 days.
